our primary goal and driving force is to reduce the number of new workers who are injured in the workplace. Through thoughtful presentations and community outreach, we work tirelessly every day to ensure that the young people we reach are better equipped to safely operate in the workforce with a thorough understanding of their right to a safe workplace.

Our team of knowledgeable Occupational Safety Presenters visits schools, community centres, and other learning environments frequented by young people in Manitoba to provide resources and information on health and safety to the workers of the future. Our volunteers from our speakers bureau who are knowledgeable about youth and workplace safety issues – many of whom have been impacted by workplace incidents – are available to help you.
We offer generic sessions as well as presentations tailored to certain professions. Regardless of the environment, our aim is to establish an effective health and safety culture among the future workforce in our province by speaking openly with them about what they need to know.
